The wave count is on track for the expected 61.8% retracement of wave 1 to $1.18.

There are already significant buying orders at $1.19 & $1.18 with the low so far $1.21.

If wave 2 retraces 61.8% then wave 3 is usually at least 1.618 times the length of wave 1. It has to be sufficiently high enough for wave 4 to not penetrate the top of wave 1.

Wave 3 will likely be an extension wave with 5 clear waves. Do not be fooled into thinking the first retracement signals the top of wave 3. It more than likely will be the top of the first of the third wave.
