I believe my original comments were along the lines of "any price lower than 37 cents would be good buying & don't wait & try & get the absolute low. I f you buy a few cents above the low it is better than trying to get the low & missing out altogether". The market may have been targeting 30 cents, but it may not get there.

The day after making the above comment the price hit 34.5 cents then jumped to 43 cents. I believe 34.5 cents will prove to be a good buy. So, what if it hits 30 cents, it will bounce & if you wait for it, you will not get set. Chances are we have seen the low, if not it will prove to be near enough.
