I do feel that if P&G really wants to make a success of our products they need to educate and articulate exactly what our product does in order that Wave I and II get the best out of the market both online and in store.

In China and Japan there are serious gaps in the knowledge held by the representatives in place to sell the Wave I magnetic wand. Which as a shareholder find dissapointing that they are missing opportunity here. An actual launch, not a soft launch may make all the difference however and we can only hope they go all in on this one.
