As far as I know P&G has not licensed the DCE tech.
And I think the second tech being alluded to is the beauty connect platform - although not confirmed. But this would that DCE has not been licensed to P&G as I'm sure there has only been announcement about the licensing of two technologies.
Perhaps obj was using it as a prop/testing item to put forward to P&G and perhaps using SKII colour scheme is being a bit cute about it.
