you are spot on.
I appreciate it's costly to find something and get that something into production. however, it's not costly to keep shareholders correctly, reliably, responsibly, and respectfully informed of a company's happenings whether it be good or bad news.
encumbents that fail to do so by fault of their own should be banned for a minimum of 10 yrs and serious cases of misconduct for life.
if not, we shall carry on seeing them come back again and again with some crazy new prospectus for the gullible greedy investors that are their prey.
the asx fails us far too often, so does asic. these guys know it and play their hands with 5 aces for every game.
forget all the small print that shares can go down as well as up etc, etc, just give us an honest playing field from all the jo blogg's director encumbents and we maight all stand a better chance.
