    No contradiction at all. If you had read through my post you would have seen the I sold WAX when it was quite high. In fact, my sell price gave me a capital gain well in excess of dividend plus imputation credits AND I have bought back in at roughly the price of underlying assets. I took the punt that the price would fall back a long way and I would be able to rebuy cheaply.

    I still cannot see why anyone would sell something that is yielding well over 10% gross (unless, of course, it can be done to lock in an even greater yield at the time - as I did). Further, my new shares will yield very soldily for me at my rebuy price. If WAX does not surge next dividend date, I will do very nicely from the ongoing dividends and will continue to hold.
