Ok guys try not to take what I wrote out of context.
My assumptions and arbitrary figures are just that.
I just wanted to promote conversation and tease out some ideas although I would say if the ground does prove up then I cannot see any problem with the banks loaning out some capital given the right valuation.
Anyhow looks like we have some interesting ideas.
