You repeatably say not long now yet after over 15 years of tracking through that regulatory pathway we get so close with the FAA approval only to be cut short by that ridiculous action by Boeing to demand more impossible testing. Many did comment that they suspected ulterior reasons behind this, maybe maybe not. This Admiral and his new team selected to find cause for the mess and recommend actions will still take up more time then the actions and time to implement them more time. I think we are still in for a sizeable wait.
If this Admiral is good as they say he is it will be interesting to see those actions to play out, if floor level problem no worries better training and selection process but if in management levels heads will roll. Seen this before with management appointees these people are usually well connected, excellent in hiding their inabilities and only tolerate the yes mob. Might now find it very hard to hide from the searching eyes of the Admiral.
