I have been wanting to use that word "fiduciary" since you enticed me (by the scruff of my neck) over to the Laneway forum.
Alright, so "Peter Wright looks after Peter Wright" you reckon? Mmm... we can all speculate, but based on what facts and evidence?
We are well aware of the fiduciary obligation the board of directors owed its shareholders since BSM's nameplate about the various issues that had obviously befallen the company at ground-level. However, we do not have the luxury of a robust shareprice like LNY at the current time to handle more negative and damaging opinions. So, whilst you have the right to post here, it is not helping sentiment. At 0.7c and a fifth of what the SP was a year ago, I suggest that your opinion could tip people into making a very unwise, emotional and financial devastating decision to sell... hurting every other shareholder. For example, if I were to "sell at market" after the open tomorrow, everyone would suddenly be looking at a SP of half a cent . That would be great for everyone, hey?... not to mention I would be walking away with a pittance compared to my original outlay.
We have had enough negativity to sink the f#cking Titanic, mate. I am just about at the end of my tether with the facts, untruths and speculation about Bass. I am down a f#cking sh!teload of money. We are aware of the poor form of our company. But what relevance does your comment have now in context of our SP??? Some of us made the difficult decision to tough it out in the knowledge that the SP would continue downwards and in the knowledge that the board's behaviour is suspect. So to what avail is your contribution... it ain't helping my frame of mind, right now. You are not a holder of Bass, so do you think you are assisting with a comment like the one above? I don't see you and your actions getting us out of the sh!t... only the board and management of this company can do that... that's who!
Peter Wright owns about 40 million shares, so I think he has a f#cking good reason for getting Bass out of the mess it is in. Don't you? His less than fiduciary actions have actually dragged my morals down to his level, because I don't really care anymore how he gets shareholders out of the sh!t, so long as he does. Right now, I reckon more collateral damage will be done by the downrampers convincing the weak holders to sell because they are fed up with all the conflicting opinions and negativity.
Oh, hell... I am ranting again. Thx, Dugsab... NOT. I suggested you get a copy of that book... you obviously haven't!
