It is pretty obvious to me that Rosella will be make or break for MEL. If it comes in with a commercial flow an opportunity will exist for either a small cap raise or JV/farmout. There is enough cash on the balance sheet to get a conventional well done.
If,on the other hand it, doesn't come in with a commercial flow the path ahead will be difficult.
As far as starting activity outside Clarence Morton, MEL has neither the funds or management depth to consider taking it on.
