I agree with you, it comes back to management here and if the contractor is not good enough to lead to work force it will show in the production.

Pleny of mines had problems with contractors and saw a turn around after they changed them over.

A new contractor would not touch Smokey Hills if the project was flawed imho.

Time will tell what will happen.

The Market judged PLA being cheap and many shares have been trading hands.
