    Thanks for detailed reply.

    I guess the analogy I could possibly use is for example if I owned a large amount of land and built a house, one at a time, when I had enough money from the rent of them.. This could take a long time to do.

    Or a developer approaches me to build a block of flats on that land, and in exchange they let me keep half the units (and the income from half the units).

    Now depending on land value, income from houses vs half of income from units, cost of building house vs cost of building block of units, etc one position could be better than the other.

    I guess what I'd like people to do is take the emotion out of potentionally losing half the value of the stock by dilution, and look at the long term SP after everything has been developed.


    I don't have one preference for one or the other at this stage. Again, this is something that needs to be calculated.
