''The future for NDO is for the majority shareholder to acquire shares up to 90% + 1 and then compulsory acquire the balance of the shares.''
That was what I was indeed expecting, but now I have my doubts. Why would they do a reverse stock split if all they are after is to increase their stake to 90% + 1? In order to get there they either could just go for a 3% annual incremental increase or a second takeover offer., and for that purpose the consolidation seems irrelevant.
