The current Board has decided in their wisdom to throw as much selective intellect at this massive complex system as they can muster. No one person will have the final answer necessarily, but collectively, there is a far greater chance of success. In reality, if chance favours all the prepared minds, and the company hits the sweet spot, the current option value seems extremely cheap.
