I don't work for SM - I recon he needs a pay cut. I haven't been following SEG for all that long so cant comment about the past however if the current approach of the MD is to support 80% of expenditure going into exploration work then Id be mad not to support him.
I notice you've used a fair bit of emotive speak slung specifically at the MD. Do you have a history working with him?
