To calculate the PE ratio as follows.
Refer announcement that they earned per share (EPS) 26c in 2007.Divide the share price by 26c.
eg Share price $2.60 / 26c = 10.This is cheap when compared to other blue chip companies.The amrket average is PE 15.
Therefore the lower the PE the better for possible share price growth.
