Unless you can convince me that you give up driving tomorrow all together, then I believe AZZ's properties has no value. In the mean time your D-Day prediction keep coming to pass and we have heard enough of that.

As I mention before all the oil producers (OPEC cartel) require oil above 100 to balance their budget, don't expect they can hold this price for long before pulling the plug. It will be foolish for any of them to try to run the US shale oil industry out of business, as the US has more fire power in their economy to out last all of the OPEC cartel (most of them derived their budget and GDP from 60%-80% from oil, the US didn't have such dependency) . In fact cheap oil will make price deflate around the world and push the US economy back in the world driver seat again.
