It is very much worth noting that the dividends currently being paid by Breitburn relate to Q4 2014.
Therefore I think it is fairly safe to assume that the same amount will be paid in March.
Given that the oil price & nat gas price was much higher in Q4 than it is now, just how much if anything will be paid come April?
