"THE US International Trade Commission has sided with US steelmakers in a case over Chinese steel, voting that US industry has been damaged by a flood of imports of subsidised steel from China.
The ruling will likely result in duties on future imports of Chinese steel pipes. The decision comes at a time when tensions between Western steelmakers and Chinese steelmakers are at a high point."
