b) Precaution and overreaction by shareholders.

The volumes are quite substantial of late (VMA over last few months). Bottom line is:

22 buyers for 2,666,980 units
vs.
63 sellers for 9,735,060 units

1 mil units are being offered at 9.0c.

So price is likely to go down further.

Just don't want to sell with the chance of the price jumping later this week or next week. Might make sense for some VIP's to delay the message and make some quick cash out of the jump back to 'normal' price.
