ordinarily i would agree. in fun's case, i tend to think it is just an extraordinary lack of interest. i have been holding for years and even when it does start to move it usually gets sold done as soon as somebody notices the shift. i have consoled myself with the fact that the divi reinvestment makes up for years of dissappointment. just let 'em accumulate and forget about 'em. 10 years from now you'll be a major shareholder.
