    Interesting that Data Rooms are usually only opened up to companies that are serious about bidding... that is they make a CONDITIONAL OFFER pending review of the data.

    Otherwise what is to stop another firm saying they are interested and collecting all of Marion's intellectual property etc...

    A good sign IMO...
