I have always thought this stock was a dog and was curious why anyone in their right mind would be buying especially Bell IXL who appears to have a real appeitite for the stock.

I've done a quick calculation on the value of LFE post approval of the Octapharma transaction which values the company well above the current market price.

You'd have to think that most shareholder will support the sale to Octapharma given the significant value improvement it delivers.

Maybe Bell IXL is not that silly after all...
