Its a manipulation by big players to get retailers out of the market by triggering their stop losses and continue buying these stocks at cheaper prices. STX is currently in top 10 shorted stock and normally the big players only short the stock. So, will not be surprised to see this go pass 25 cents again next week. As, most retailers enter when price starting to go up instead of buying at low prices. Pure example of dumb vs smart money.
