The variables in stx wgo and tpd respectively wot are Gina and mr Nicholls and his mates.
Wgo and stx had some dud drilling announcements and a depleted sp,wells suddenly good to go, then bam,takeover offers.
Mr Nicholls and stx make a tidy $114.000,000 after Gina takes control.
Tpd shareholders,after a manipulation of there shares get a script offer from mr Nicholls and stx which after acceptance has plummeted by say 50% approx due to new dud wells,not completely written off these wells I might add but dud at least for now,sees tpd ex shareholders selling due to frustration with there new companies inabilities,stu now control the revenue from jv with tpd at half the original offer.
