AEI and PAM had to sell for many reasons.
* Profit taking since they bought at mid .02
* Stay less than 20% so they can underwrite options
* They cant own more than 20% otherwise they are in the takeover position.
* Perhaps they also hold options (not sure) without reducing position they cant exercise options, this is waste of funds needed by ANP.
