The quality big investors means the one who can take AVR to the next level, big medical device company who would not wait for rock bottom price to collect cheap shares and obviously not likes of Mercer who is in for rock bottom price and offload to mug retail at the first opportunity.
When Mercer buys @$3.43 and sells retailers to $10+ , how can you say, mugs haven’t been sucked in.
