    The money will only be received when and if WR sells the shares, but from an accountancy perspective it is a an "asset" held by BRM... ie the debt WR will owe when he sells the shares. Let's hope he sells them well above the 50c strike price. Whilst BRM doesn't receive any cash for them ATM, the share pool has been effectively diluted by another 1M shares.
