I thought Wayne was given the option of 1,000,000 at $0.50cents per share = $500,000.Surely he has to pay for them in time.If he sold at $1 per share he makes $500,000.
If Wayne sold 1 million shares at $5 per share = $5 million.He has to pay for them at some stage.
When he took up the options as of to-day,we now have 1,000,000 more fully paid shares and 1 million less options on issue.
