    I thought they were 2012 options.So if he did not take them up by that date in 2012 they lapsed.
    If he took them up which he has done with 1 million he has until 2012 to pay for them.
    I could be wrong.

    Looking at NWIOA Site and it says by 2015 members to produce 72 million tonnes per year.
