Good presentation but there are some risks. Technical issues could introduce significant delays. Take a look at Boston Scientific. Lotus Edge valve taken off the market because of issues with the delivery system. Three year delay in launching the Acurate Neo2 valve in the US because of paravulvar leakage. We won't know how the DurAVR will perform until they've implanted in enough patients and collect enough data.
