All of the posts in recent times assume that there will be a takeover battle somewhat like a fight in the colusseum between 2 gladiators ... one winner who gets AVR... the other ... who knows
BUT
maybe we can squeeze a bit more of the juice out of the lemon ... a few more dollars for existing AVR shareholders
What if we split Anteris into 2 parts (a) the valve company and (b) the patch company...
The valve company issues a multi-year licence to the patch company and vice-versa for the key IP
All existing shareholders get shares in each company (say) 1 share in each new company for each 1 share owned now in Anteris
That way there can be 2 "winners" ....... what do you think?
