Given all the past disquiet, the board and management changes, the so called "communication" and "understanding" too and fro from interested and passionate shareholders, and the endless posts here on HC about said matters and how things "have really changed", "with Code red, this time it's different" etc, why didn't they simply follow sound governance principals on this occasion and do a right's issue that was fair and equitable to all holders?
