I struggle with this concept of " if capital wasn't raised when needed and the company went insolvent "
If I was investing in something I would be asking how has it become so close to insolvency and is it then a good risk to invest in ?
The best capital raisings are when a company, usually established , has identified a cash accretive asset they want to buy .
