EBIT covenants being breached so soon sorta suggests to me that at the same time WP was ramping up expenditure (on moonshot projects like TAVR, additional 3d products etc), adapt revenues while still growing, probably came up short of internal expectations when they lost a bunch of US sales reps... the loss of reps was a surprise to me at the time anyway... it would be interesting to do a sensitivity analysis of our adapt revenues this year... what would the gain or loss of a sales rep have on sales forecasts....
