The key here is the last sentence, which you have totally ignored.
This CR is to accelerate the pipeline in order to bring in income from more streams and not for normal operations. It is being done to not loose competitive advantage and to have a compounding impact on the SP, but welcome @brucegotham with your first post. I hope they get better from here.
