Wayne Swan would have to be one of the most incompetent, lazy Federal Treasurers we have ever had the misfortune to be a saddled with in OZ (he might even be worse than Billy Big Ears!). He threw away (with the help of Kevin 07) and with total disregard for our future and, as if it was confetti, the biggest fiscal bonanza ever passed on from one Federal Government(Liberal)to another Federal (Labor)Government.

For how long can OZ tolerate such fiscal, mind boggling incompetence!
