Most financially intelligent people know that Swanny is a financial ignoramus, and the only thing that stopped Australia from sliding into recession was the bucketful of money gifted to the Federal Labor Party by the previous Coalition Government.Those who gave him some fancy award obviously did not have a clue about the true fiscal situation bequeathed to the ALP by the previous Liberal Government.Even then they squandered it on pink bats and other crazy schemes.And they haven't stopped!
