Chalmers is claiming that he is only a passenger in that there is nothing he can do about inflation. But interest rates follow inflation.

Inflation is caused by too much cash chasing a limited supply of goods and Chalmers has been pouring cash into the community by the truckload. labor is losing favour as voters are exposed to the scores of lies that were/are told by these opportunist galoots hence they have resorted to cash splash-outs just like Giggles up in Qld and yes, cash buys votes, always has.
