Just a thought on this 50 point drop this morning.
Aren't the instos selling stuff in order to free up capital to buy into these two current large capital raisings (3 billion for santos, another 2 billion for stockland). The money has to come from somewhere and the discounts on the additional shares are just too 'nice' to be ignored.
Has anybody calculated how many points the share dilusion on these two companies wipes of the xjo?
