That 2013 date is my alternating 62 month cycle from July 1982.

At the 2003 low it was exactly 2X the 1987 top to 1992 low so I am using that exact length to get the date, but 62 months is close enough.

This time the main cycle lows are spread a bit so it is hard to pick which will worse than another.

I see lows in 2011/2012/2013 and even 2014, but the 62 month cycle seems very powerful.

I just read Grantham's letter from PP's link.

Sounds fair enough to me in a general sense.

He mentions the Presidential cycle. Well that cycle peaks in August this year, falls hard into Oct, then is mildly up into April next year and then lows in June,October and December next year. 2010 does look a shocker to me.

Of course all major cycles need to combined and I did post a chart of them a little while ago.
