DiP's advice is sound. Michael is well known in property circles and is not universally respected. Have a dig around somersoft forum, there is a lot there.

His biggest problem in my eyes is that he never has doubts. Everyone who is honest has them. It may have been he who penned a very bleak picture re the problems of managing rental property in the US. I'll see if I can find it because there is always interest in US property, even I have more than a passing interest. :)
