Any investing is the same if it was that easy everyone would do it and make a fortune. How many treat it as a business? I see property no different from shares,
Both are a business and not everyone is successful, it say a lot that only 10% hold more than one and most are out within a year. When long term when you own a few outright and are cash flow positive. The benefits are there like anyone who wants to get rich quick in shares or property it's fraught with pitfalls. That always seem to catch newbies, like shares and property someone will always be left holding the bag. But for those who like blue chip in either, over the long term will do well. When you look back at things bought 25 to 30 years ago the returns on the price paid are quite staggering.
