If no rate rise next month WBC share price will be over 24ps heading into September cos peeps will be optimistic about new rba boss not rising interest rates any further and cutting them next year sometime. if there is a rate rise of course wbc share price will be in the $19.Xx- 20.xx range as traders scramble for clarity that it's the last rise. once the clarity is there that no more rises will likely happen banks will slowly rise for many months to years as the economy stabilises.
