Wow, breached $19 mark!
When I posted last week on this thread I didn't expect it to reach this quickly.
Picking a bottom is impossible.
I'm bearish on banks for a number of years so I wouldn't touch them unless they are around $14-15. I highly doubt it will get there but if there is panic induced selling from liquidity crunch triggered by highly leveraged US oil, who knows?
