90% correction ... wtf. China has virtually no new cases and is ramping up manufacturing again from the reports I read. and if asked, I'm pretty sure most seamen on a vessel would say I 'm happy to work and if I get coronavirus I'll blow my nose and carry on ... than they would not work.
