my friend who works for local regional council in europe says the goal of their war room is too save lives mainly the elderly, thus shutting down stuff. Otherwise yes none of this is that necessary. If one country or leader adopts your sentiment and opens up and thrive then others will follow quickly I suppose. It’ll be a brave leader in a politially correct era lol.
