Jessee Livermore played the bucket shops which were a secondary exchange , he was a crook exploiting the delays betwwen the exchanges and the information to the bucket shops, and was banned from most he died broke, WBC is Australias oldest bank and during this crisis will probably provide enormous support to their borrowers and bisiness, as they have done in every crash, its an opportunity with an unknown short term outcome
