There are some good options around but three of the big 4 banks settled at a low of around $24 and I can't see (unless there is a huge negative announcement) that they would sink lower. If anything, the banks SP's have stabilised or have started to recover.
At their current SP's, they are looking like very attractive investments.
WBC hay see some pressure put on its SP when any sanction comes up in 2020 but that still will be temporary and in three years time all bank shares will have recovered their SP's.
In the meantime, there will be some bitter medicine to take but not a reason to start panicking.
