Lol 24hrs later UBS increases its target price to $21 up from $20. So much for defined target prices.
In addition UBS is ugrading their earnings forecast for FY24 & FY25, but downgrade for FY26 (good luck accurately predicting FY26 income, lots can happen between now and FY26!!!)
Anyway bought 1st position today with the expectation that the share price will fall ex dividend, however I also collect effectively 3 dividends in just over 12 months: 3 dividends: equals roughly $2.10.
At $21.30 entry price, this means my insurance is down to a price of just over $19 not including franking benefits.
A low risk entry price in my opinion with downside protection to $19.
Good for a 1st position.
